Basic Pilates - Basic Pilates moves at a slightly slower pace.

Gentle Pilates - Basic Pilates moves at a gentle intensity. No rotation or rolling moves. Props are used for comfort.

Pilates - Basic and intermediate moves that begin to flow together for increased intensity.

Intermediate Pilates - Pilates with Flow! Experience required.

Pilates for Men - Gentle Pilates moves with a focus on tight hamstring and back muscles along with core strengthening.

Flow - Begin with a energizing warm up then move into high intensity strength postures followed by pilates core-work and finish with relaxation. An intermediate level class.

Body Sculpting on the Ball - Everyone's favorite! A unique total body sculpting workout using the Swiss ball! All levels.

Cardio Fusion - Easy to follow and modify, calorie burning, body sculpting cardio infused with kick boxing or dance.

Zumba - Latin inspired dance moves in a cardio class. Ditch the workout and join the party! This is one you have to try!

Golden Zumba - Zumba on the gentler side. Choose to do it standing or seated. Same great music and fun latin dance steps!

Salsa - Learn Salsa, Meringue, Rumba, Cha Cha, and more with professional dancer and instructor Martha Hubbell.

Yoga with Sarah - Yoga to increase strength & flexibility, calm the mind and rejuvenate energy! All levels welcome.

Tai Chi or Meditation with Debbie - Tai Chi is a system of gentle physical movements and breathing connecting the mind and body as you focus in the moment, creating a state of calm relaxation, allowing stress, anxiety and tension to melt away. Debbie also offers Guided Meditation for stress relief and energy balancing. Everyone welcome!
