Wellness & Retreats    Music...Art...Dance

Basic Pilates - Basic Pilates moves at a slightly slower pace.

Gentle Pilates - Basic Pilates moves at a gentle intensity. No rotation or rolling moves. Props are used for comfort.

Pilates - Basic and intermediate moves that begin to flow together for increased intensity.

Intermediate Pilates - Pilates with Flow! Experience required.

Pilates for Men - Gentle Pilates moves with a focus on tight hamstring and back muscles along with core strengthening.

Body Sculpting on the Ball - Everyone's favorite! A unique total body sculpting workout using the Swiss ball! All levels.

Callanetics with Jean - A powerful combination of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet moves using gentle pulsing to create flexibility and all over body toning. Intense & yet gentle, great for all levels!

Yoga with Kari-
Gentle Yoga is a therapeutic yoga class that relaxes and energizes the body and mind. The class will emphasize the importance of relieving pain while increasing the energy in the body. This class is open to everyone interested in yoga. 
Some of the topics Kari will teach will be; lower back care, how to relieve neck and shoulder tension, foot alignment, how to  create upright posture, and how to practice yoga poses without creating strain at the joints. 
Intermediate Yoga (Hatha Yoga)
This yoga class emphasizes the importance of creating flexibility, strength, and balance in the mind, body, and spirit. We will flow through an invigorating yoga sequence paying attention to alignment. This class includes pranayama (breath work), chanting, and meditation.
Must have prior experience in yoga.

 

Yoga with Amy -
Power Vinyasa - 90 minute, Level 1/2
vinyasa: linking body movement with the breath. Wake up your body and mind with this energizing class. Starts with a personal grounding practice then moves into a vinyasa yoga flow, challenging students to find and push to their personal edge. Each class ends with deep relaxation. 
Yin Yoga - 60 minutes, Level 1
A passive form of yoga that uses gravity to work on the body's connective tissue and joints. Increases flexibility, promotes healing and deep relaxation.
Yogalates - 60 minutes, Level 1
Combines movement theory from both yoga and pilates. Focus on flexibility and strengthening the core.
Meditation - 60 minutes, Open Level
Weekly guided meditations every Wednesday evening

*Yoga Surprise - 90 minutes, Open Level

Yoga with Bruce - Hatha Yoga. The class is an All Level, non-competitive class.  All the major muscle groups, joints, organs and glands are systematically addressed using ancient yoga poses to return our entire Self to to it's most natural condition - which is strength, calm, clarity, balance and health.
The class can be challenging, yet is always accessible.
Everyone welcome!

Flow - Begin with a energizing warm up then move into high intensity strength postures followed by pilates core-work and finish with relaxation. An intermediate level class.

Cardio Fusion - Easy to follow and modify, calorie burning, body sculpting cardio infused with kick boxing or dance.

Zumba - Latin inspired dance moves in a cardio class. Ditch the workout and join the party! This is one you have to try!

Golden Zumba - Zumba on the gentler side. Choose to do it standing or seated. Same great music and fun latin dance steps!
