Studio on Main is located at 402 Main Street, Frankfort MI, above the Frankfort Deli. We offer all types of mind/body & fitness classes from certified instructors. Our instructors are passionate about seeking knowledge in their discipline and using that knowledge to take their students to the next level. We offer classes for everyone. If you have never experienced Pilates or yoga or are looking to deepen your practice, you will find a class to meet your needs. Studio on Main promotes an atmosphere to nuture one self, support growth and enhance feelings of well being

Promoting health through movement, dance, art & music!

The studio is available to rent for your classes or special events. We offer a beautiful space with wood floors and great acoustics. It is inviting for a variety of events including music, art, dance, performances, meetings, workshops and retreats. The studio is 1000 square feet with a 6'x24" raised stage. There is a smaller room (10 X 20') available for massage, training and other holistic treatments.
